Yoga: learning to relax

Enjoy the experience of a creative, fluid and physically challenging Yoga session in which students are encouraged to link their breath to the poses. Includes:

Pranayama (breathing techniques)
Savasana (final relaxation) and
Meditation

Yoga expertise and consultancy provided by Monica Angelucci of Prague Yoga. Monica is a practicing Buddhist whose Tibetan name, Karma Shenpen Paldrφn, means Radiant Light Benefiting Others. It is her sincere hope that through the practice of meditation and the teaching of yoga, she will continue to benefit those students passing through Prague.
